I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over two decades of experience as a Registered Nurse in high-acuity hospital settings, primarily in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). I blend evidence-based psychiatric treatment with warmth, curiosity, and respect for each person’s values, culture, and lived experience.
My style is collaborative, gentle, and structured. I believe people do best when they feel safe, deeply heard, and given clear information about their options. During our work together, you can expect:
I value collaboration with therapists, primary care clinicians, OB-GYNs, pediatricians, and other providers involved in your care—always with your consent and preferences at the center.
